Please note that we do not retail directly to the public. As such, we generally only accept products requiring service or repair from our customers (i.e. the retailer, store or business you purchased the product from), not the end consumer (end user) of a product.
If you have a product usage, warranty, guarantee, fault or other service query that may require the product to be returned for repair or replacement, you should contact the retailer (wether in store or online) directly. The retailer will be able to advise you about your options for repair, exchange, replacement or refund.
*In some cases the retailer may contact us for assistance, but you should always return the product to them in the first instance.
We urge consumers to retain their proof of purchase. You may be required to produce a valid proof of purchase when returning an item for warranty or repair issues.
